1. Do you have an English, French, German, Japanese, or Spanish-language AdSense account?
2. Are you located in one of the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, India, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Spain.

To access the You Tube Adsense video units, sign in to your AdSense account and visit your AdSense Setup tab to get started.
