Apple Launches the White Version of iPhone 4

| The all mighty Apple will soon be releasing the much awaited white iphone 4. This is a major benefit to AT&T customers and Verizon as it will be released to both by the end of the month. It is quite unfortunate that the white version had to be so late in production, as it was suppose to come out during the normal release. Knowing that consumers appetites have been sharpened to a fine point over the years, it is obvious that this lack of delivery upset many. I myself understanding that things happen, like to give people the benefit of the doubt but 10 months is a little too late I think for even us understanding types. Being that the company expressed its ultimate challenge with producing the white model, I find myself even more confused. As it is just a white version not a new level of technology. I mean now-a-days the whole world is redefined in 10 months. This decoration by Apple did get to me a little bit, as I see that as a comment to passify more then give definition to a loyal following. Though there are claims of the paint peeling at high temps. it seems far to unlikely that a company would not be able to test that in a week and move beyond that production issue. they have now changed the film material, but I am still confused how that takes 10 months for such a small challenge. Anyways, at the end of the April it should be out. When, Steve Jobs, Apple CEO,k released the iPad 2 he confirmed that there would be no issue with the whote version of this launch. (Well I should hope not, if you want to avoid the image of total incompetence). Phil Schiller, VP of worldwide product marketing, echoed this with a tweet to the masses. Let's hope that these little things don't turn off buyers in the future, as these details shouldn't be issues for such a giant in the global market. We aren't in the 1920's where you can have any color you want as long as its black... |

iPad Rules Media Tablets With Almost 100% Profit

| The world has invested $9.6 billion on media tablets in 2010. It is unbelievable to think that iPad generated $9.566 of that revenue during only 3/4ths of the year. This means that Apple stomped the other tablet market competitors that combined took up the other 34 million dollars in sales. This is scary dominance. But timing can be key, not to mention the technology. This is a huge indicator of the next emerging market, and I expect that you will see many companies trying to catch up and dig into the huge market share that Apple has acquired in the tablet market. With over 7 million iPads sold in Q1 of 2011, it is going to be hard for other to overly succeed in this newly emerging tablet market. The thing that many don't realize is that this is going to help new competition in some respects, Apple has single handily created a viable and steady market for tablets. This means that new companies will have a bigger market shopping and thus will be able to capture random curious shoppers hoping that the new off brand will trump the iPad, based on its newness. That being said, that won't be a huge section of the market though, not with Apples brand awareness and ever growing empire. There are many brands that are strong on the market and fit different more portable uses better, but Apple has put its sites on the majority of the market and locked it in. |

Amazon Kindle 2, the crazy is there, and pre-orders are available for those non-patient techies. Amazon of course is the source for those. It's new design focuses on thin shape and light weight. It is thus still the solution for the digital readers of the world. With tons more storage it now can hold an average of 1500 books. Other great new elements are longer battery life and also the pages turn faster. thought the old screen was great, the new one is even crisper. Of course with new technology, it is a given that it will read to you as well, thought I expect the interactive book world will erupt with iPads, kindle still has a dedicated market. |
